Laura is a Data Integrity Analyst at Carbon Credentials and is supporting the team with the Energy, Water and Waste data services.
Laura completed a Bsc Life Sciences at the University of Leiden and the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands and holds a Distinction in Msc Climate Change at UCL. For her Msc dissertation, she looked at the effects of climate change on groundwater quality in Kisumu, Kenya. In her gap year, Laura travelled through Australia, where she worked at farms and did an internship at the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority. Here, and in Kenya, she has seen the direct impacts of climate change on the livelihood of farmers and on the Great Barrier reef. This has strengthened her passion for sustainability. With Carbon Credentials, Laura hopes to contribute to a low-carbon economy and therefore strive towards a more sustainable future.
In her free time, Laura enjoys running and reading.
